03What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per design. Confirm size and color splits and any sample requirements when requesting a quote.
04How long do sampling and production take?
Sampling usually takes 12–15 days after specifications are confirmed. Bulk production usually takes 20–35 days after sample and final specification approval. Revisions, complexity and scheduling can affect timing.
05How are quality requirements agreed?
Share your target market and required checks. The approved sample and written specifications define appearance, dimensions, assembly and packing requirements. Any additional testing scope and cost must be agreed for the project.
06Which metal and stone combinations can I order?
We offer brass + cubic zirconia (CZ), 925 sterling silver + CZ, and 925 sterling silver + moissanite. Catalog photos show brass + CZ samples. MOQ starts at 50 pieces per design. We confirm the selected design, stone sizes, finish, pricing and sample cost with your quote before production.
